About Mindspark Learning Hub
Mindspark Learning Hub was established in January 2025 with the vision of creating a transformative learning experience that bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. Dr. K. Naveen Kumar
Chairman
Dr. K. Naveen Kumar is an experienced academician with over 22 years in teaching, research, and academic administration. He holds M. Com, MBA, and Ph.D. degrees and is known for his contributions to commerce and management studies. As the IQAC Coordinator and Assistant Professor at Villa Marie Degree College for Women, he plays a key role in improving academic quality. He has received several awards, including the Bharat Ke Anmol Ratna and Best Teacher Award. A prolific author, he has written over 30 textbooks for B. Com, BBA, and MBA courses, widely used across various universities. He has also published 25+ research papers on finance and management topics. Dr. Naveen Kumar is an active member of research organizations and serves as the President of the Research Foundation of India (RFI), Telangana Chapter. He has organized international conferences and is a sought-after guest lecturer. Through his teaching, research, and leadership, he continues to inspire students and professionals in the field of commerce and management.

Ms. Renuka has over 14 years of experience, including two years in the corporate sector and 12 years in academia. She has authored multiple textbooks on Information Technology, Programming Languages, E-Commerce, and Artificial Intelligence for undergraduate students. Currently an Assistant Professor at Anurag University, Hyderabad, she holds an M.Sc. (Computer Science), PGDBM, and MBA, earning gold medals in both M.Sc. and MBA from Osmania University, and is pursuing a PhD in HR Analytics. As the Telangana State Convener for the Research Foundation of India, she has received prestigious awards, including the ILDC–AMP Women Excellence Award 2019 and the "Women in Academic Leadership" award at the Women in Leadership Conclave 2023 by GNITS. A sought-after resource person for Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and training sessions, she also serves as an empaneled expert at the Engineering Staff College of India and a guest faculty at Osmania University. She plays a key role in skill development as a Course Facilitator and Assessor for the Skilling India Scheme under PMKVY 4.0, sponsored by the Ministry of Skill Development, and contributes as a translator for multiple NPTEL courses.
